ENTREPRENEURSHIP PROGRAM CAREER
AZYouthforce is excited to launch a brand-new entrepreneurship program, thanks to funding from Bayless! This internship is a great fit for teens who want to start their own business.
Based on our Learn-to-Earn model, interns will attend classes at South Mountain Community College. All classes will be paid for and interns will also receive a stipend. Upon completing all 4 classes over a 16-week period, interns will receive an Entrepreneurship Level 1 certificate. IInterns will also be matched with a business mentor that will support them through their time in the program, as well as after they complete. Their business mentor will help them prepare for the final stage of the internship, a pitch contest. The winner of the contest will receive $2,500 in seed money to start their business!
