Launch your own business in 8 weeks. Work on developing your business plan, revenue streams, unique value proposition, cost structure and pitch your idea for a chance to win $2,500 seed money for your business.

Start working in your home Club and build responsibility, confidence, and leadership—all while getting paid and mentored in a safe, familiar environment.
Ambassadors
Lead and inspire. Use your AZYF experience to recruit peers, represent the program, and share your story. You will assist AZYF with recruitment events at clubs, high schools, and community events.
