The Process

Teens apply to the AZYouthforce program and once selected, each participant will engage in a 4-week long Academy to gain hard and soft skills to help them be successful in their internships.

Following the successful completion of AZYouthforce Academy, students will apply for and be matched to a paid internship with one of our partners. Participants will work closely with our Workforce Development coach to ensure their success.
