Internships
Dynamic Job Training for Teens
AZYouthforce is a dynamic job training program of the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Valley - Arizona (BGCAZ). Our program is designed to help young adults prepare for and connect to workplace opportunities.
The Process
Teens apply to the AZYouthforce program and once selected, each participant will engage in a 30-hour Academy to gain hard and soft skills to help them be successful in their internships.
Following the successful completion of AZYouthforce Academy, students will apply for and be matched to a paid internship with one of our partners. Participants will work closely with our Workforce Development coach to ensure their success.

Who can participate
AZYouthforce is open to all young people ages 16–19, who are enrolled in school. The program is open to BGCAZ members and non-members. One of the strategic goals of AZYouthforce is to create meaningful education and workplace opportunities for those who otherwise would not have access, including young people from underserved communities and/or those who will be the first in their family to graduate.
